What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. 

 

Are the items I ordered definetely in stock?

The items you order should be in stock, as we take an inventory of items on a daily basis.  However, in rare cases an item may be oversold. In those instances, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible to give you alternate options for your order. We will not ship your order until we touch base with you and see how you wish to proceed.

 

Can I shop at your store in person?

Our store is located behind home plate on the main concourse at Harbor Park, and is open throughout every Tides home game. If you'd like to visit the store during normal business hours, please call AnnMarie Piddisi at 757-622-2222 Ext. 127 to coordinate a time.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to it.  Please try contacting AnnMarie Piddisi and she will help you to the best of her ability.

Can I get rush delivery on an order?
